I didn’t like how bulky the original looked, and how it shared similar floor plans with other apartment lots in Belladonna Cove.
So I decided to turn it into 3 cute townhouses.

The house in the middle is occupied by the Patel family.
I left the other two unfurnished because I decided to refrain from furnishing any of the unoccupied houses. It not only saves times, but I also think it’s better to get a feel of the Sims personality and style before decorating their space.

As family oriented Sims, they live right across the street from the Primary School.
Which means that the Ocean view is actually blocked now, but… oh well…
I was really excited to decorate their house. I wanted to make it a bit more colorful than my usual style.

Here is the entrance, with a glitched out closet. Please pretend that there is a mirror here 😅

In my mind, the Patels come from a Sims world called Simjarat, but both of their families have been living in SimCity for several generations. So I wanted to incorportate some hints at their origins, but in a subtle way.

Don’t mind them awkwardly standing in the living room, post makeover 😂

I put extra effort in the kitchen, since Ana works in the Culinary career and Ramir‘s hobby is Cuisine.

Their bedroom. I meant to recreate a wedding picture for them, but I didn’t get to it yet.

And of course, the future baby’s nursery 🙂
I realize I gave them too many bathrooms for a house of this size. So I will probably modify the layout upstairs to add another bedroom instead, because they will most likely have more than one kid. But as of now, this is enough.
