I think I managed to keep the spirit of the original, while making it look a bit more realistic. Nobody lives here, so I didn’t furnish it.

The original is just a copy of the Pleasant house. I was not really interested of having clones of the same house in my uberhood, so I completely changed it. So here are the new townhouses instead. It’s really only one lot, because I still want to play with both sisters at the same time. … Lire la suite 218-220 Bay View Drive
The outside looks very different from the original, but I actually kept the inside layout intact. This is a simple house, but it is one of my favorites. I shifted it a bit more to the right to make room for the garage. I assumed that most Sims living in the city would want to … Lire la suite 120 Siena Street
Welcome to the local Asian restaurant! This is the place where the Sims can order Chinese food from. The owner is not actullay from Shang Simla, however, it’s a just a chain restaurant, not the real deal. You can also pick up takeaway at the counter. The decor blends elements from various Asian cultures. The … Lire la suite Shang Simla Wok
This lot was named after this very cool set from Mod The Sims. Welcome to our local pizzeria! In my headcanon, this is the place the Sims can order pizza from on the phone. I even hired the delivery NPC to act as waiters (and yes, they will still deliver pizza, as long as I … Lire la suite Rodrina’s Pizza
Here is a quick reminder of what the original looks like : The Main Street Mobile Homes were a fun concept, but I found this amazing thing by Criquette and I knew I had to use it here. Can you guess which one belongs to Jessica Peterson? I only furnished her home, all in various … Lire la suite Main Street Mobile Homes
Here is a quick look at the original : The IN Clothing and Apparel Store has now become part of the H&M Franchise, owned by Armand DeBateau. I removed the smaller building to make room for a parking lot. (And also because I’m really not a fan of that burger cooking station).
What’s a neighborhood without a gas station? This is was a really fun build to make. It also doubles as a tiny grocery store. These decorative parking spots spawn random cars in live mode. In real life, I have a phobia of gas station washrooms, so I wanted to express that feeling in the game, … Lire la suite BC Gas Station
Welcome to a new active career lot : the Court of Justice. As the name implies, this is where Sims caught in suspicious activities will be tried and sentenced (or acquitted). It will have to be owned by a Judge (Politics level 8). The entrance lobby. Most trials will be open to the public, unless … Lire la suite SimCity Court of Justice
Remember that funny looking apartment building? Here it is, my absolute favorite lot renovation in this neighborhood (and the most likely to induce a pink flashing explosion). Can you tell this is where the rich people live? The entrance lobby. It looks like the landlord is welcoming us for a tour. I actually did not … Lire la suite Cornerstone Condominiums
