The maternity can welcome up to 4 pregnant Sims at the same time to safely deliver their babies.
The admissions fees cost 3000 simoleons.

This is where all the (painful) magic happens
Everything is ready to welcome new babies in the best conditions
It’s finally time to move to the upper level
This is where the patient rooms are found. Each is equipped for the mother and her baby, and provided with a private bathroom
The fourth room can welcome twins
The midwife’s quarters are also found upstairs.
