This is my favorite apartment building out of the premade ones.
I cleaned up the outside a bit, but the apartment themselves are pretty much the same.
Here is my renovation. I rearranged the balconies a bit, and I transformed the useless empty space into parking lot. Random cars will spawn on the parking spaces when playing in live mode.
The roof-top terrace has also been refurbished. And I added an elevator alongside the staircase.
