Sea Side Manor

The original already looked like a hotel to me, so that’s exactly what I turned it into.

The style looks like it would belong in Veronaville, but since it’s right beside Carlos Contender’s Spanish-style villa, it doesn’t feel too out of place.

This lot is a bit interesting. It looks like a hotel but it’s just a residential lot.I use it to house various NPCs I turned playable to set up various businesses in the hood.

There’s notably a chef that owns both the Asian restaurant and the pizzeria, so that I could customize the menu. There’s also a firefighter that owns the firestation, and a delivery guy that owns the grocery store.

I later discovered that the Visitor Controller doesn’t work on NPC, and they looove barging into houses uninvited. So I probably won’t do that again for other subhoods.

Technically, I won’t be playing with this lot so I didn’t need to furnish it. But I’m a completionist, so here we are.

The entrance to the hotel is through the back building, with the reception on the right.

The reception.

On the side, the hallway leads to the ground floor rooms.

All the bedrooms are exactly the same, only with slight color variations.

The other side of the back building leads to the dining room.

And here is the top down view.
