Ultimate Uberhood

Located in the Tech district of Belladonna Cove, this building is the headquarters of Armand DeBateau’s fashion empire.

It is conveniently accessible by bus, car, and subway.

I didn’t plan on naming it H&M at first, but then I needed a nice sign to decorate the main hall, and this was already in the game.

The ground floor also has a cafeteria for the workers.

On the first floor, the landing leads to two identical meeting rooms.

This is where the marketing team submits their ideas for new campaigns.

Across the meetings rooms is the open space for the lower ranking employees.

This wall is ready to welcome all of the employees’ portraits.

The Mailroom Technician gets to work in this lonely archive room.

The upper floor is for the more advanced executives. The desks are all plain and empty at the moment, because I want to add clutter based on the personality of each Sims, rather than just filling it with generic office stuff.

And the last floor reserved for Armand and the higher ups.

There’s a mini-golf since it is Armand’s favorite hobby.

It also has a coffee corner like all the other floors.

The two desks on each side are identical.

And Armand’s office is in the middle.

It is very nice, but since Armand is a shy Sim, I didn’t make it too extravagant.
