The original isn’t bad, but the windows placement is questionable.

This is another instance of a lot renovation where I didn’t change the structure of the building, but completely revamped the layout inside.

All of the floors are furnished, so buckle up for the visit!
Unfortunately, the building is so tall that the camera does get a bit wonky on the upper floors, but it’s still manageable.

You enter directly into this beautiful clothing store.
I wanted the place to feel like a luxury department store. Think Le Printemps in Paris.
Only rich Sims are allowed to spawn on this lot. So far, only the DeBateau have been spotted shopping here.

The dressing rooms are all nice and cozy. They even serve refreshments!

Even though they are color-coded, they don’t have any gendered doors. Because Sims like to be silly, and if they can’t access a changing booth, they just give up and change in the middle of the shop. And we don’t want this kind of behavior in our esteemed establishment.

Lavatories are accessible through the staircases, but the elevator takes you to higher floors.

On the third floor is this luxury gift shop.

Here you can buy high end perfumes.

Expensive jewelry, and even luxury pet collars.

And of course, the classic designer bags.

The level above is home to Bella’s Secret, created thanks to this wonderful set.

I like how those are actual pajamas from the game, it adds a touch of immersion.

And on the last levels is a very special shop. (It seems I forgot to recolor the signs to a more appropriate icon).

It’s a bridal shop!

This is the reception where you can discuss your vision with the tailor.

But upstairs is where all the fun happens!

Here is a bonus pic of Vivian Cho trying on dresses.

And finally, let’s show the top down view of all the floors.
