The original looked quite nice, but the windows situation is terrible.

Here is my renovation. I ended up shaving off the rooftop terrace because I couldn’t figure out how to incorporate stairs in the layout.
The two top apartments have now become a giant penthouse, hence the lofty rent.

Let’s start with the grand entrance.

The glass doors at the back lead to a private spa.

The doors lead to a small room with all the trashcans. I guess it’s kind of weird to have to go through the gym to access it, but I wanted the trash chute to end somewhere, and there wasn’t any other space to put it.

Back in the entry hall the stairs bring you up to the apartment. I didn’t add elevators in this building, because it would have ruined the flow. You can stay that it’s a bit of an older building.

The apartments on the first floor are empty, since I don’t plan on using them.

Both staircases join up at the penthouse.

It has this grand entry hall with a double closet.

The arch on the left leads to this nice living room.

Behind the double doors is this spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

Right side from the entry hall is the kitchen and dining room.
There’s a small toilet behind the door.

And there is another bedroom through here, symmetrical with the other one.
Here are the floorplans for the apartment.

And for the rest of the building.
