Here is the original. It’s mostly the roof that looks weird.
Here is my renovation. I removed some of the land on the right, because it was a bit excessive for a house downtown. It ended up being one of the cheapest house in Belladonna Cove.
On a side note, there are no starter houses in this neighborhood. They all cost above 20 000 §, and that’s without furniture. I think it makes sense, you don’t start out in life by buying a house in the city. Either pick an apartment, or move to a cheaper neighborhood. (The challenge will be to make the other neighborhoods cheaper…)
The entrance
The kitchen is in a closed room. (Which is rare in the houses I build).
The dining room leads to a backyard terrace.
It has two bedrooms.
And a bathroom of course.
