The Finer Fares Market was originally a high end grocery store. But I don’t think I want to build more than one supermarket per sub-hood.
And since it is located in the very business oriented Tech District, I thought if would be perfect as a trendy coffee shop!
I didn’t change much of the structure. I only removed the 4 towers, because they looked a bit too goofy for me.
The entrance leads directly to the main counter.
There is plenty of sitting space, and a small backyard.
On the upper floor is this long table, for Sims who may want a quieter space.
This is also where the bathrooms can be found.
The other levels are empty, but there also is a rooftop terrace, with another counter.
Perfect for admiring the skyline.
