310 Bay View Drive

310 Bay View Drive is one of those houses that have a cool concept, but the exception is a bit disappointing.

I hate the big pretend boxing ring upstairs, it wasn’t functional and wasted so much space.

I re-imagined Carlos Contender’s house as a Spanish-style villa. He is supposed to be a celebrity after all, so he deserves to have a nice house.

I feel like I say this every other build, but this is also one of my favorites.

The nice open porch is a call-back to the original.

Now it also has a driveway, and an entrance on the side, leading to the kitchen.

The front door opens to this hallway with a big staircase.

The kitchen is nice and luminous. Carlos is actually a very good cook.

I moved the gym downstairs because I think it makes more sense that way.

I also added a sauna and a small bathroom.

Downstairs also has a nice guest bedroom. I imagine that this is where Isabel Baldwin (Carlos’ niece) would stay with her husband Benjamin.

The living room is found upstairs. It has lots of games because Isabel loves them. It’s also great to entertain the kids when they come over.

There is another guest bedroom upstairs. I haven’t furnished it yet, but it would perfectly hold to twin beds for Sofia and Marcus.

And here is Carlos’ master bedroom.

It has access to a large balcony facing the sea.

The garden now has a little pool and space to eat outside.

And finally, here are the floorplans :
