Remember that funny looking apartment building?
Here it is, my absolute favorite lot renovation in this neighborhood (and the most likely to induce a pink flashing explosion).

Can you tell this is where the rich people live?

The entrance lobby.

It looks like the landlord is welcoming us for a tour.

I actually did not change much of the layout inside, aside from adding an elevator.

I emptied the unused apartment to improve performance, since I will not be using them.

Here is la pièce de résistance : the DeBateau penthouse.

The entrance leads to a small living room on the right, and an indoor spa behind the glass doors.

The door on the left leads to the dining room and kitchen. And on the right is found a study room with a piano.

The study room has a special bookcase leading to a secret room.

The secret room is filled with expensive paintings. Has Armand been involved in some sort of art smuggling?
The other side of the apartment entry leads to this other small living room.

This is the desk where Armand likes to check on his businesses, because he never knows how to stop working. The doors are leading to Tara’s bedroom on the left, and Armand’s bedroom on the right.

Let’s start with Tara’s room.

She has her own ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.

Armand’s bedroom.

And his private bathroom. (The sink disappeared for some reason).
